Topnotch were brilliant. He arrived within a couple of hours to assess the gutter repair job and while he was there he fixed it. He explained it may be a temporary repair as the gutter is a bit short so may pop out again. He wanted nothing for his time and trouble. Fantastic! He is honest, decent and reliable. I would definitely recommend Topnotch.

Fantastic! Called on a Friday, came round on Saturday morning, fixed the problem quickly and didn't want any payment - and very friendly. Topnotch appealed as they are a family business with glowing reviews. I was not disappointed. Albert was very easy to get hold of, which was not my experience with other roofing companies. Following a visual inspection where he actually went up a ladder to look, he was excellent at communicating the required repairs and process in a friendly, non-patronising way. I felt the quote given was fair, and that he had our best interests in mind. Work was completed efficiently by the team despite stormy weather that week, and was left in a tidy state after. I highly recommend Topnotch!

Albert and team were quick to attend our property after I got in touch regarding leaking guttering and conservatory roof. After a thorough chat through the options we decided on a range of improvements to the garage ridge line, house ridge line, conservatory, guttering and front gates. During the work Albert recommended we improve certain aspects of our house roof too, which we agreed and he was able to complete this extra work very quickly. We would highly recommend Albert as he personally carries out the work, bringing his expertise and experience to the job.

Albert contacted me the evening before to say he would be onsite the following day to replace a missing roof tile and re-fix another that was loose. He sent me a text that afternoon to say it was all done and when I returned home it looked perfect, you wouldn't even know that there had been a repair or that he'd been as it was so tidy and clean. Perfect workmanship, turned up as promised and would certainly use Albert again.

• Tidy Workmanship

I asked Mr Rogers to fix a broken tile and repair some guttering on my townhouse. Whilst he did the initial job he alerted me to a problem with the ridge tiles which I wasn't aware of. He gave me a fair quote and came and did the work as soon as the weather permitted. Would highly recommend. He clearly is very knowledgeable and I will keep his number for any future works I need doing.
